Practice valuations

Knowing the true worth of your practice is essential when you are selling it or buying into another practice.

The last thing you want to do is leave money on the table. Or put off interested parties due to an inaccurate valuation of your practice.

These are the steps we take when a client asks us for a practice valuation:

  • A visit to your practice (optional).
  • A review of all your sources of income.
  • An evaluation of your goodwill, equipment and fixtures and fittings.
  • A review of your financial accounts.
  • An assessment of the market for dental practices.
  • A comparative review of the value of your practice against other similar practices.

We also write a valuation report. If you wish, we’ll talk through the findings with you and make our recommendations.
